By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are acquiring these products solely for lawful laboratory research and not for personal use of any kind.

I agree and understand that the products listed on this site are intended for research use only, as defined by the FDA. Intended Purpose: RUO products sold here are intended solely for research purposes, not for diagnosing a disease or condition in any patient or human. Misusing these products is illegal.

I agree that the statements I have made herein are true and factual, and I consent to IP address verification, request for authentication of information provided, and other verification methods by Company to validate the information provided is true in its sole discretion. Company reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for providing false information and customer indemnifies and holds harmless the company for any and all harm caused to customer by using the products outside of in vitro study, non-human use, research use only guidelines as defined by the FDA.

Unapproved and improper uses of these products is a breach of FDA Law and company terms and conditions, and shall result in immediate termination of customer account and report to appropriate authorities.

The statements on this website and products have NOT been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Using these products in humans or animals can cause injury.

Submission of Studies and Research: I agree to submit at least one study and research results, for quality control and community research purposes, at least one time annually into my customer account to activate researcher validation.

4. Order Acceptance & Right of Refusal

Orders may be refused, canceled, or issued store credit in lieu of a refund at our discretion if we suspect misuse, high chargeback/fraud risk, unlawful intent, or non-compliance with these Terms.

CoreBio, LLC reserves the right to request proof of institutional or research affiliation before fulfilling an order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. CoreBio, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Refunds & Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of the original purchase date. You will be issued a store credit, minus the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee, once we receive the return.

Package Protection: We offer package protection for every shipment. If you purchase package protection at checkout, it will cover your order in the event of a lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered package during shipping. To file a claim, email info@corebiopeptides.com to receive a store credit or reship. For claims, do not discard any items until you contact customer support.

Package Protection Does NOT Cover:

• Buyer's remorse or unwanted items
• Reconstitution or research errors
• Any damages that occur after the shipment has been delivered by the carrier

CoreBio, LLC is not held liable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages if package protection is not selected at checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoreBio, LLC shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of the products sold. The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the handling, storage, and research use of products purchased.

8. Amendments

CoreBio, LLC reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
